Chopin's student was playing a Polonaise, got carried away by the performance and broke string in the loud passage He expected Chopin to be very angry with him but the composer hugged the young man and said "Don't apologize. I envy you. If only I had your strength there wouldn't be any strings left in the piano after this passage". (from Valentina Lisitsa's comment, Facebook.)
